WIP’s clinical team includes psychiatrists in Washington, DC who provide comprehensive care across ketamine therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and medication management. Our team also includes psychiatric nurse practitioners, nurses, and licensed therapists serving patients throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV), with both in-person and virtual care options.
Under the leadership of co-founders Dr. Navin Reddy and Dr. Christopher Raczynski, the practice integrates psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and interventional treatments within a coordinated system of care. Collaboration across disciplines supports continuity, thoughtful treatment planning, and ongoing clinical oversight.
At WIP, interventional treatments such as ketamine and TMS are not delivered as fixed protocols. They are actively managed by psychiatrists—adjusting dosing, frequency, and treatment strategy based on each patient’s response over time. This allows care to evolve with the patient, rather than follow a predetermined path.
