Emilie Singer is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who treats adults with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. She’s accepting new patients [in DC, in Rockville, and by telehealth], including people seeking psychiatric care for the first time.
She is also a member of WIP’s ketamine treatment team, which gives her firsthand experience with interventional treatments like IV ketamine, Spravato, and TMS. For patients who may eventually need more than medication, she can explain what these options are actually like and help them consider whether one might fit, within WIP’s psychiatrist-led care.
A Washington, DC native, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing at George Washington University. Before specializing in psychiatry, she spent [six] years in clinical nursing across psychiatric, cardiac, and surgical settings, which shapes her attention to how physical health, sleep, and medications affect mental health.
