WIP’s clinical team includes experienced psychiatrists in Washington, DC, psychiatric nurse practitioners, nurses, and licensed therapists providing comprehensive mental health care throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV). Our clinicians offer psychiatric evaluation, medication management, ketamine therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), Spravato®, and other evidence-based treatments through both in-person and virtual care.
Led by co-founders Dr. Navin Reddy and Dr. Christopher Raczynski, WIP is built on a psychiatrist-led, collaborative model of care. Our clinicians work closely together to develop individualized treatment plans, coordinate care across disciplines, and provide ongoing clinical oversight as each patient’s needs evolve.
Our psychiatrists bring expertise in interventional psychiatry, addiction psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and forensic psychiatry, allowing us to care for patients with a wide range of complex psychiatric conditions while collaborating closely with therapists, nurses, and psychiatric nurse practitioners.
