We are seeking board-certified psychiatrists interested in practicing comprehensive psychiatry within a private practice setting supported by interventional infrastructure.
Physicians maintain a core focus on diagnostic evaluation and ongoing medication management, with access to:
IV ketamine therapy and Spravato (esketamine)
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP)
Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and accelerated TMS
Stellate ganglion blocks (SGB)
Psychiatrists can participate in regular interventional case conferences and have opportunities for academic teaching as part of our role as a core rotation site for Georgetown University psychiatry residents.
We are seeking licensed therapists with experience or formal training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) to collaborate within our structured medical framework.
Therapists work alongside board-certified psychiatrists to support coordinated treatment plans that may include medication management, IV ketamine therapy, Spravato (esketamine), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and stellate ganglion blocks (SGB) when clinically appropriate.
