Washington Interventional Psychiatry provides psychiatrist-led evaluation, medication management, and advanced interventional psychiatry services across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
Our practice integrates comprehensive psychopharmacology with IV ketamine therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), Spravato (esketamine), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), accelerated TMS protocols, and stellate ganglion blocks (SGB) for appropriate clinical indications like depression and PTSD.
Our flagship office is located in Spring Valley in Northwest Washington, DC, providing convenient access for patients throughout the Washington metropolitan area. We’ve also added a brand-new Rockville, Maryland office opens in September 2026. We are already accepting appointments at this location.
We regularly serve patients from Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Rockville and Potomac, Maryland, as well as Arlington and McLean, Virginia. The office is easily accessible from downtown DC and surrounding suburbs.
Ample parking, including free street parking, is available. The AU/Tenleytown Metro station (Red Line) is approximately one mile from our DC office. Rockville, MD office has garage parking.
